With over 12 years of experience in finance and 17 years in customer service and operations leadership, she brings both technical expertise and a relationship-first approach to every transaction.

Before transitioning into mortgage lending, Shea worked in financial auditing, housing compliance, and credit union operations. This experience allows her to anticipate challenges, streamline approvals, and provide thoughtful guidance tailored to each client’s unique financial picture.

Originally from Indiana, Shea relocated to Florida in 2020 and now lives in Green Cove Springs with her husband, a local realtor, and their two young children. Her close connection to the real estate industry gives her a well-rounded perspective and helps create a seamless experience for both clients and agents.
